Business Questions

With Liveworks you can add and schedule your full-time staff workers to your shifts but if your business is a little short on help you can always invite other top rated and experienced workers in your city to work your shifts.

Worker Questions

Depending on what city you are located in and what position you are working under. e.g Bartenders working in the city of Calgary required a Proserve certificate, and Security require a ProTect certificate. We advise that you get informed of your required certificates to work in the industry before signing up to the Liveworks Platform as we will check to ensure that you have the proper certificates depending on where you are signing up from. If you need help obtaining more information on certificates please contact us at our Help Center.

  • Host/Hostess
  • Bussers
  • Dishwashers
  • Chefs

In order to be easily recognizable in the Liveworks Platform we require that your photo be clearly showing your face and shoulders, with a solid colour or blurred out background. No sunglasses, dark or hard to see photo of your face.

Managing Your Account

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it from the app. If you have completely forgotten all of your account details please contact us at our Help Center, provide your full legal name and email and we will send you a rest link.

If you have had a name change you will need to contact Liveworks directly at our Help Center and request a name change to your account. Valid and certified proof of a name change must be provided to the Liveworks team to ensure that this is valid.

To deactivate your account please contact the Liveworks Help Center and we will deactivate it for you.
